Roop Niwas kothi is the home to one of the biggest stud farms and the most popular breed of horses “MARWARI” in India. Having run in the family for decades Rawal Devendra Singh has been giving the extreme adventure on horseback riding on the Marwari and the joy of real rural side of Shekhawati through his home run horse safaris called “ROYALRIDING HOLIDAYS”.
The stables at Roop Niwas Kothi offer variety of adventures on the Horseback, including short and long rides for the day or more. Teaching lessons are conducted personally by the owner.
We have been the proud sponsors of Marwari horses for past three years in the international endurance race of 60 to 100 Kms conducted in Shekhawati. The Roop Niwas stables have welcomed horse lovers and the individual teams to participate from France and UK to enjoy the fury and speed of marwari horses.
The tranquility and peace offered on the lavish grounds of Roop Niwas fascinates horse lovers and bird watchers from across the world to experience nature in its full form.
We at Roop Niwas kothi stables have helped researchers on marwari breed to get to the insight of the indigenous breed from the origin to the complete family tree of few of the best Marwari stallions and mares in India.
We welcome riders for all standards and ages. Roop Niwas kothi being the base for the stables, stationary rides are conducted on regular basis.
